MUSIC MATTERS

On a sunny Sunday, April 28th 1957 I’ve opened my eyes for the first time in a small town Veldwezelt, Belgium.   Not much later my parents decided to move to Ekeren close to Antwerp where I grew up. 

In my youth there was Flower Power music and the Beatles and the Rolling Stones were omnipresent on the radio. In the early 1970s I heard the voice of Noddy Holder from Slade and was immediately captivated by their amazing music. I followed this group for many years and I still have all their CDs. The list of groups was soon supplemented with Alice Cooper, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep and Pink Floyd, to name just a few. Later influences are Peter Frampton, Simple Minds, U2...... It should be clear that I am a music lover through and through. It was therefore a logical consequence that I wanted to play music myself and since 2015 I have played with various cover groups. In 2019 I made the decision to move to Spain, more specifically the Costa Brava.

The idea of growing further in music and writing and publishing my own music was a new step in the right direction. In 2022 I released my first single FATHER. Since then I have written a lot of new songs and the 2nd single "Another hero's gone" was released on January 15th, 2024.

On February 1st it will be the turn of the 3rd single "Born to be". On April 28, 2024, not coincidentally my birthday, you can expect the 4th successor "Will 2 play" when it is presented to the world. My EP "Explore" with my first 3 singles will be in stores from February 15th. 

In the meantime, I am busy working on new songs that will be ready later this year. I have made the decision​ to make 2024 a great year and I hope that you will follow me en masse. Comments are always more than welcome and I will answer them as soon as possible. 

Music is life and I'm in the groove!
